Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy worldwide. Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our side.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photos of the item

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as earrings, if applicable) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
